Impression Designs uses high quality micro-surfaced acrylic for our general use labels and signage.
Our micro-surfaced acrylic range is available in either front or reverse engravable versions with a variety of colours and thicknesses suitable for either indoor or outdoor applications. We stock a large range of our most popular materials. If we do not stock the colour, finish or thickness combination you are looking for please contact us, as on-demand options are available to meet your specific needs.
For general use labels we recommend the Traditional Series Front Engravable material. The Traditional Series Front Engravable material is 1.6mm thick and features a durable micro-surface which is UV stable making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The Traditional Series Front Engravable is ideal for electrical switchboard labeling, compliance plates, mimic panels, equipment identification etc.
For multi coloured designs such as company logos we recommend the Traditional Series Reverse Engravable material. The material bottom layer is removed exposing a surface capable of colour filling resulting in detailed, multi-coloured designs.
We offer a range of Finishes to your engraved product including a variety of corner shapes, square or beveled edges and various fixing techniques. Custom designs are available so please contact us for further information.
Each of our materials samples have icons to assist with the selection of material to best suit your application:
